DGM Gravix This Moretto line of gravimetric batch dosing systems is designed for precision and immunity from vibrations. The systems weigh each component 100 times per second. They constantly monitor each batch and flow rate. Double-eyelid shutter valves provide precise dispensing of resin, regrind or additives. To meet users’ specific needs, a range of hoppers is available. The systems can be installed on the machine feed throat or on a frame on the floor, or can be equipped with a special suction tank.

What’s new? The DGM Gravix 50, featuring Moretto’s Rotopulse technology for micro-dosing, which is capable of dosing down to a tenth of a gram in the dosing of masterbatch. Exhibited at the K show, the new technology is expected to be available in the U.S. sometime in the first half of this year.

Benefits Accuracy. The DGM Gravix 50 features digital technology that increases the performance of self-adjustment algorithms. The weighing system performs high-speed sampling, ensuring that data is processed through self-learning functions.
