VRX probes detect material levels

The vibrating probes from BinMaster now have a new mounting option.

VRX The vibrating probes in this BinMaster series for level detection of powders and bulk solids, including plastics, have an on-board status indicator light that changes from green to red depending on the solids’ status.

What’s new? A new 1.25-inch National Pipe Taper (NPT) mounting option for VRX standard probes, announced a few months ago. Models include the VRX21 with a compact, sword-shaped blade with 7.37-inch insertion, which is ideal for bins and hoppers, and the VRX41 with a rigid pipe extension up to 13 feet, which is suited for deep vessels and plugged chute detection.

Benefits Dependable point-level detection for powders and bulk solids — even in demanding industrial conditions. The probes’ indicator light provides quick visual confirmation of the status of the solids being measured. The VRX sensors offer an ideal solution for light, low-dielectric or difficult-to-measure materials.
