Maguire's Fusion, which combines a blender and feeder, can now manage conveying and extrusion as well.

Fusion Using a common integrated control with a 10.4-inch touch screen, this Maguire technology combines a WSB gravimetric blender with an MGF gravimetric feeder. The Fusion can be installed above feeders on the throat, on floor stands, beside the process or on mezzanines above the line, maintaining precise control of colors and additives and allowing flexibility in plant layout. It connects to Maguire’s Tracker portal for complete data reporting, and can be retrofitted to existing blenders. 

What’s new? An upgraded control platform, which Maguire displayed at the K show. It now offers management of blending, feeding, conveying and extrusion control on a single interface, improving accuracy and efficiency.
