What’s new? The company’s SLT and MCT controllers, launched at K 2019. The SLT controller is appropriate for use with injection molding machines and is compatible with the company’s KK, G and V-series mixers. It can handle one or two dosing stations. The MCT controller is compatible with the company’s KK, G, V, Gx and Vx-series mixers. It can accommodate as many as four dosing stations and is suitable for use with both injection molding and extrusion processes. New features of the controllers include increased recipe memory, user-friendly recipe management, password protection and alarm history. A USB output allows data loading and backup and software updates. The controllers can be easily connected to a company network via Ethernet to provide central dosing control.

Benefits Industry 4.0 functionality. The new control units have an OPC-UA interface that allows data exchange between production machines and peripheral equipment, regardless of brand.
