MeasureXL This optical coordinate measuring machine (CMM) from Polyga can be used for measuring objects and reverse engineering. The system includes a wireless probe, a factory-calibrated optical tracker and a proprietary software that measures 2-D and 3-D geometry, as well as angles, distances and points.
What’s new? MeasureXL, which is Polyga’s first-ever optical CMM.
Benefits Large measurement volume and ease of use. Polyga says it can measure items from about the size of a baseball to a car door. MeasureXL’s wireless probe offers more freedom of motion than a CMM with an articulated arm. The entire system is quick and simple to set up, and packs into its own carrying case. It is fully integrated with CAD software Rhino 6 for Windows, and points measured with the probe can be seen instantaneously on screen.
