eXT2 series Software manufacturer Cimon’s human-machine interface (HMI) features industrial hardware and is sunlight-readable and faster, thinner and lighter than previous models.
What's new? The eXT2 series. The series is now available with 7-, 10.1-, 12.1- and 15.6-inch high-resolution, ultra-bright displays. Its memory has been upgraded to 2 gigabytes (GB) of RAM, with 8GB of storage. The series runs on Canvas software, which includes such features as 360-degree object rotation, support for most image types, drag-and-drop functionality, multiple language support, online simulation features, an extensive symbols library and automatic project size scaling.
Benefits The company said a quad-core ARM Cortex-A53 processor, 64-bit processing and power-efficient architecture boost performance by 300 percent to 400 percent. The eXT2 series is resistant to water and dust and can be used in wash-down applications and other harsh industrial environments. Connectivity includes dual-gigabit Ethernet ports, two serial ports, USB-A port, USB-C port, microSD card slot and audio port. A 3-year warranty is standard.
