Stainless steel ejector pins resist corrosion and wear

Progressive Components' new line is designed for medical, clean-room and other demanding applications.

Ejector pins Progressive Components’ new line of high-performance ejector pins are designed for medical and clean-room applications, and for use with PVC and other corrosive materials. They are made from 440C stainless steel and heat-treated to 55-60 HRC. They are available in a straight style with diameters from 1/8-inch to 3/4-inch and lengths from 3 inches to 18 inches, and a shoulder style with diameters from 1/32-inch to 7/64-inch, with options for 1/2-inch, 2-inch or 3-inch shoulders and lengths of 6 inches or 10 inches. Keyed, cut-to-length and custom options are available.
