RoboDK This simulation and offline programming software for industrial robots supports a wide range of robots and robot makers, enabling users to integrate different brands of robots together.
What’s new? The RoboDK CAM software, which automatically generates robot code from CAD designs and digital simulations. RoboDK CAM’s features include multi-axis machining, collision detection, toolpath generation and machine simulation, and the software is useful across a variety of machining applications, including milling, polishing, milling, drilling, deburring, cutting and additive manufacturing. Users can generate advanced toolpaths, simulate full machining processes, detect collisions and transition from simple three-axis tasks to five-axis machining within a single, intuitive environment. Two versions of the software are available: The stand-alone version allows users to manage the entire robotic machining process — from toolpath generation to robot simulation and code generation — within one interface; an integrated version is designed for machining professionals who want to work within established CAD/CAM platforms, such as Fusion 360 and SolidWorks.
Benefits Significant reductions in deployment times for machining automation. RoboDK eliminates traditional, manual programming requirements, without requiring that users demonstrate expertise in robot programming.
