EYEgate HRS improves gate life, quality

EYEgate HRS Appropriate for a variety of applications, including the beauty and personal care, beverage, home products and health-care industries, Oerlikon’s new valve-gate solution for multicavity molds is available for use with its Sp and Tp nozzle series. The EYEgate HRS integrates the gate into the end ring, a unique design that simplifies gate area machining and reduces the amount of time required for moldmaking. The specially designed pin-guide system guarantees permanent pin-gate alignment, significantly extending the end ring’s life.
