WorkPartner 1+ System 3R’s compact part- and electrode-changing robot is available in nine different modular models. System 3R is a unit of GF Machining Solutions, and the WorkPartner 1+ (WPT1+) can be used with a variety of GF’s machining equipment, including milling, wire electrical discharge machining (EDM) and die-sinking EDM units.
What’s new? Unified branding, available beginning this month. Originally offered under the System 3R brand, the WPT1+ is now available with GF Machining branding. An optional colored LED system indicates the status of each magazine space, and can be programmed with up to seven colors to show whether spaces are empty or hold a machined part or a workpiece waiting to be machined.
Benefits Flexibility. The WPT1+ can serve one or two machines in a production cell and can be configured with up to three magazines within a small footprint.
