Frimo Group GmbH, Lotte, Germany, announced that effective Jan. 1 Paulo Cruz Pinto and Siegfried Köhler will work together as co-CEOs.
Cruz Pinto is responsible for finance and administration, and co-CEO Köhler now handles sales and operations. Both men have been with the Frimo Group since the beginning of 2022. Frimo manufactures custom tooling and equipment.
They take the reins from Christof Bönsch, who began serving as CEO in 2019 and left the company for personal reasons in December 2022.
In their earlier careers, Cruz Pinto focused on global finance in the automotive sector, and Köhler’s interest was in international management and sales of tools, machinery, equipment and production systems for the plastics processing industries.
