The E 3050 leaf-spring roll stopper holds sliding mold elements in place when an injection mold is open and is an alternative to a conventional slide retainer.

E 3050 Meusburger’s E 3050 leaf-spring roll stopper is used to securely hold sliding mold elements in place when an injection mold is open; it is an alternative to conventional slide retainers. The stopper comes in two models and three different thicknesses and provides retaining forces up to 140 Newtons. It can be used at temperatures up to 392 degrees Fahrenheit.

What’s new? The E 3050. The Type A model has a roll holder, a special feature that can be replaced without dismantling the slide, saving time. Additionally, the slide stroke of Type A can be easily adjusted using the optionally available E 1312 shim. In the Type B model, the E 1312 shim enables quick and easy adjustment of the height of the roll element. The model’s flat profile allows it to be installed in tight spaces.

Benefits A compact, cost-effective alternative to conventional slide retainers. The E 3050 saves maintenance time because it can be mounted or removed from the split mold face without having to remove the mold. Additionally, the components are made of high-quality materials for minimal friction and maximum service life.
