It pairs a collaborative robot with an end-of-arm metering system and vision software.

Adhesive Application FANUC’s adhesive-dispensing system at Automate 2025 consists of a CRX-30iA collaborative robot with an end-of-arm metering system and vision software mounted on a mobile cart. The system runs on Fanuc’s Integral Servo Dispenser software. The continuous flow metering pump is built by Graco Inc., Minneapolis.

What’s new? The mobile adhesive system, which Fanuc showed off at Automate 2025. The cobot’s controller manages the entire system. The pump has a 10-cubic-centimeters-per-second capability and employs a closed coupled dispense valve. The system includes an eight-zone heating system with heated hoses. The mobile cart is self-contained and requires only a 480-volt electrical connection.

Benefits More precise applications, better control and better repeatability. FANUC said programming through the cobot is intuitive. The six-axis CRX-30iA cobot has a reach of 69 inches and maximum payload of 66.1 pounds.
