Innovative robotics manufacturer RealMan Intelligent Technology displayed its lightweight robotic arms, dual-arm platforms and joint modules for industrial applications at Automate 2025 in May.
RealMan, based in Beijing, has been in business since 2010 and has developed its own controllers, drivers, servo motors and harmonic reducers. It has more than 120 patents.
One of the most interesting of its displays was an RMC-DA dual-arm platform with two seven-axis arms with synchronized control. Each arm has a payload of 11 pounds. The robot can work with one arm or both arms simultaneously when needed.
The RMC-DA has a platform height of 53 inches and maximum arm span of 81.5 inches.
RealMan’s ultra-lightweight, six- and seven-axis arms, come in five models. The arm, with integrated controller, weighs 15.9 pounds and has a maximum payload of 11 pounds. Working radius ranges from 24 inches to 25.1 inches.
