Toyota Material Handling executive re-elected chairman of Industrial Truck Association board

This is Brett Wood's second time serving in the role for ITA.

Brett Wood, president and CEO of Toyota Material Handling North America, has been elected to a second term as chairman of the Industrial Truck Association (ITA) board of directors. 

He has served in various roles during his three decades with the ITA. During his first term as chairman, from 2015 to 2018, he was pivotal in establishing the economic impact report, “Lifting America: The Economic Impact of Industrial Truck Manufacturers, Distributors and Dealers.”  

As chairman, Wood collaborates with the executive board to determine strategy, communicates the association’s positions on industry issues, drives initiatives and promotes the powered industrial truck industry's role in manufacturing, warehousing, logistics and distribution.
