Maxcess International and Valley Grinding & Manufacturing, Little Chute, Wis., announced a new agreement that uses their complementary strengths to benefit customers in the manufacturing and converting industries.

The strategic partnership will allow them to provide everything from local aftermarket support and services, such as technical assistance and blade sharpening, to offerings including complete state-of-the-art slitting systems and a multitude of services and products in between.
