The end of the line has apparently arrived for nearly 100-year-old Yellow Corp., which calls itself "the original less-than-truckload carrier."
The Teamsters union, which represents 22,000 Yellow Corp. workers, was served legal notice that the company will be ceasing operations and filing for bankruptcy. Yellow is one of the largest less-than-truckload companies in the U.S.
