Dexterity, which provides intelligent software for warehouse robots, announced it has hired Ana Pinczuk as its chief operating officer. In her new role, Pinczuk will lead Dexterity’s strategy, products, deployment and operations.

Pinczuk’s earlier career includes serving as chief development officer at Anaplan, an SaaS planning software company; president and GM of Hewlett-Packard Enterprise Pointnext; and chief product officer at Veritas.

Dexterity, based in Redwood City, Calif., has set goals for 2023 that include more than doubling its fleet of installed robots at customer sites and tripling the number of items fulfilled by Dexterity-powered robots. Recent partnerships with Dematic and Sumitomo also will expand the geographic reach of Dexterity’s robots beyond the U.S. to the rest of North America, Europe and Japan by the end of the year.

“Hiring Ana brings Dexterity’s ability to deploy next-generation robotic technology in warehouses to the next level,” CEO Samir Menon said.
