In-Place Machine Company LLC (IPM) announced it has acquired East Coast Metrology LLC (ECM) as part of a long-term growth strategy to expand reach and service offerings to customers and prospects across the U.S. and Canada.

ECM, headquartered in Topsfield, Mass., provides full-service contract measurement, specializing in 3D scanning and modeling, reverse engineering and design, training and certification, instrument calibrations, equipment rentals, integration and alignment services.
ECM joins Exact Metrology and OASIS Alignment Services in IPM’s growing Measurement and Alignment Services Division.
Based in Milwaukee, IPM provides high-precision industrial solutions.
