Infinity To ensure precise, accurate welds, this servo-driven, ultrasonic welding system features real-time, closed-loop control over velocity and force, as well as Dukane’s patented Melt-Match technology. Users can program force and weld velocity in 10 independent segments.

What’s new? A variety of recent upgrades to the system, which has been on the U.S. market for more than a year. Changes include a shorter thruster and increased column and booster rigidity.

The welder better controls ultrasonic frequency and amplitude. In addition, with the welder’s new Smart Stack, shown, users can install and remove ultrasonic stacks without tools.
