TG series Kaeser Compressors’ TG series of large refrigerated dryers removes moisture from compressed air systems to prevent damage to production equipment and tools. The series consists of five models, with rated capacities ranging from 1,340 to 3,070 standard cubic feet per minute (SCFM). They feature microprocessor-based controls and an optional Ethernet interface.

What’s new? The TG series, which expands the company’s Secotec refrigerated dryer line to 23 models. Previously, the Secotec line consisted of models with rated capacities ranging from 20 to 1,060 SCFM. The TG series units use R-513A refrigerant, which has a reduced environmental impact, compared to earlier refrigerant formulations.

Benefits Consistent dew point control and energy efficiency under varying load conditions. Variable-speed drive fans increase reliability and reduce energy consumption. The dryers also have a smaller footprint than competing dryers with a similar capacity, which makes installation and access for maintenance easier.
