MiScan Mitutoyo’s new multiple-sensor measurement system can scan, photograph and measure extremely tiny features as part of a quality-control process. It is available in two versions: One has a probe that can mount styluses measuring 0.125mm, 0.3mm or 0.5mm; the other has a probe with a variety of stylus options.

What’s new? The system, along with a compatible probe, the MPP-Nano probe, to scan microscopic features.
