Tip-Tite drum dumper Made from a choice of either carbon steel or stainless steel, this dumper/conveying system from Flexicon allows users to empty drums containing materials such as resin pellets or additives without stirring up dust. Using hydraulics, it can lift and tip a drum; a pneumatically actuated slide-gate valve controls material flow.

What’s new? A moveable configuration. The drum dumper has a flexible screw conveyor on a mobile base; the conveyor, which can be operated independently or while mated to the dumper, can feed material to elevated process equipment and storage vessels.

Benefits Flexibility. Users can easily move the dumper to different locations in their plant.
