Lump breaker can be fed from various sources

RDC-1530-SS Munson’s newest de-clumper lump breaker can be used to break up color pigments, fillers or other additives that have agglomerated in storage. Depending on customer specifications, the self-standing unit comes with between two and four rotors and has three-point, single-piece, stainless-steel breaking heads.

What’s new? The model, which came out in the spring. Unlike units that are installed in permanent configurations between upstream and downstream equipment, the new lump breaker can be fed from a variety of sources, such as hand-held containers. 

Benefits Ease of use. Because the RDC-1530-SS can be moved, users have more options when it comes to de-clumping configurations. The model is easy to clean and maintain, with bearings that can be lubricated through external fittings.
