Fraser launches its smallest ionizing bar

3024 Compact Fraser’s new ionizing bar eliminates static from plastic products in close quarters, using only 24 volts of direct-current power to deliver high-voltage static neutralization. Applications include treating injection molded parts traveling on conveyors to collection bins or eliminating static from web and sheet products traveling at speeds as fast as 4,265 feet per minute. Appropriate for machine users as well as OEMs, the device features built-in electronics and integrated remote- monitoring capability, and is available in two lengths: 5.9 inches and 7.9 inches. Its optimum operating distance range is 20mm to 50mm.

What’s new? The size. Fraser says it is the industry’s smallest 24-volt static-elimination bar with built-in electronics and remote monitoring capability.
