Software allows real-time feedback

Creo 6.0 This updated 3-D computer-aided design, engineering and manufacturing software from PTC can be used for a wide range of tasks, including designing parts for 3-D printers or programming the manufacture of molds and tooling using 2.5- to 5-axis machining.

What’s new? Version 6.0, which launched in March. It offers real-time simulation, augmented reality and design for additive manufacturing, as well as new mini-toolbar workflows and modernized feature dashboards.

With the Creo Simulation Live feature, Creo 6.0 offers real-time feedback on designs, without need for prototypes. Its cloud-based augmented reality capability offers a secure link for vendors, customers and colleagues to see a 3-D image superimposed on the physical world at scale using a mobile device, rather than being limited to viewing a 2-D image.
