No. 824 Starting with a universal oven capable of temperatures up to 500 degrees Fahrenheit, Grieve has adapted it to accommodate a vertical conveyor system for automated processes. The oven is best suited for certain thermosets, for example, adhesives or parts with composite layers that require heat in a post-cure process. It includes nichrome wire heating elements and a one-half-horsepower recirculating blower with a capacity of 600 cubic feet per minute. The oven has an aluminum steel exterior, insulated walls that are 4 inches thick and a Type 430 stainless steel interior.

What’s new? Specialized modifications. The oven’s door has two conveyor access doors that are each 20 inches wide by 5.5 inches high.

Benefits Less handwork. The oven allows for more automation and eliminates some manual loading steps.
