Flow meters spot leaks in compressed air systems

Hot tap digital flow meters  Exair’s flow meters are used to identify leaks in compressed air systems and optimize air usage. The meters come with all necessary hardware and tools for installation, including a drill bit and drill guide. They are available in six sizes for 2-inch to 8-inch pipe. The meters’ LED screen displays flow values in either cubic feet per minute or cubic meters per hour. Options include a data logger and the ability to transmit data over a wireless network. Prices start at $2,004.

Benefits  Safe, fast installation. The flow meters eliminate the need to isolate and depressurize the pipe prior to their installation. Additionally, their sound muffler captures drilling debris created during installation and prevents it from entering the airstream.
