Kason sifter boasts two horizontal chambers

Kason's Twin XOB-PS-SS Pneumati-Sifter is a dual centrifugal sifter with two horizontally oriented chambers that de-agglomerate and screen up to 80 tons per hour of material, such as the ground or pulverized plastics produced by toll processors.

Twin XOB-PS-SS Pneumati-Sifter This dual centrifugal sifter from Kason has two horizontally oriented chambers that de-agglomerate and screen up to 80 tons per hour of material, such as the ground or pulverized plastics produced by toll processors. Incoming material is parsed out evenly with a feed splitter, and, as a helical paddle rotates, on-size particles pass through the screen while oversize particles are ejected into a sealed, quick-release receptacle.

What’s new? The sifter, which debuted in June.

Benefits Space savings. The dual-sifter configuration provides the same throughput as two independent sifters, but in a smaller footprint. Each screening chamber is designed for easy removal of its internal components, simplifying cleaning, screen changes and inspection.
