The new IX series of image-based laser sensors from Keyence detects height, height differences, tilt and incorrect positioning, and is used to identify out-of-spec parts.
IX series This new series of sensors from Keyence is used to identify out-of-spec parts. The image-based laser sensors detect height, height differences, tilt and incorrect positioning. Applications include detecting incorrectly positioned or tilted lids on plastic containers.

What’s new? The IX series, which became available in March.

Benefits Simple, accurate quality control. The sensors are simple to set up and provide height-based difference detection anywhere within the measurement area. IX series sensors also can confirm multiple heights simultaneously and work even on misaligned targets.
