VMC VersaMix Designed for medium- and high-viscosity applications, this triple-shaft mixer is suited for use by plastics processors and compounders for dispersing plasticizers into raw materials. It can operate at temperatures as high as 350 degrees Fahrenheit with a 29.5-inch-mercury vacuum and internal pressure of up to 8 pounds per square inch gauge. It has a three-wing anchor and two disperser shafts.

What’s new? The custom machine, which Charles Ross delivered to its customer recently. Similar models can be supplied with explosion-proof motors, built-in vacuum pumps and touch-screen controls.
