MegaCenter Laser Photonics’ industrial-grade, high-volume laser system can be used for marking and engraving. It also can clean items such as molds. The system works with a wide variety of materials, from metals to coated and uncoated plastics such as PVC, PP and nylon. It offers five-axis engraving and has a zero-friction direct-drive motion system.

What’s new? Pre-set laser patterns. The machine’s new touch-screen control has five pre-set patterns that can clean molds more efficiently than a straight-line laser pattern.

Benefits Efficiency. The MegaCenter has a maximum working field of 42 inches by 42 inches, so it can mark large objects or even many smaller parts all at once. The system works well with contoured surfaces and can be used to remove flash from injection molded parts. Its beam is precise enough for micro- machining applications.
