New blender from Conair is compact and offers blending accuracy of 0.5 percent.

TrueBlend TB-T blender Designed to meet the needs of small-part molders, Conair’s new gravimetric batch blender delivers precise material blends from up to four ingredients at low throughputs ranging from 1 pound per hour to 100 pounds per hour. It mounts easily on a machine feed throat or on the new Conair TB-T blender stand for use as a central color and additives blender.

What’s new? The blender, introduced at  NPE.

Benefits Blending accuracy of 0.5 percent. The blender stands only 24 inches tall. For quick and easy setup, it is equipped with a 7-inch LCD touch-screen control that features Conair’s “common control” interface. Its microprocessor control can manage multiple loaders and pumps. Unlike some blenders that include a material loader bolted directly to the removable hopper – an arrangement that complicates hopper removal and cleaning – the TB-T design includes a loader-mounting plate that holds loaders firmly in place above the hoppers.
