Kistler has upgraded the software in its ComoScout process-monitoring system.

ComoNeo and ComoScout These process-monitoring systems from Kistler evaluate and analyze injection molding process data collected by cavity-pressure and temperature sensors. Users can optimize their processes with the data they capture.

What’s new? ComoNeo 6.0 and ComoScout 6.0, which Kistler unveiled at Fakuma 2023.

Benefits Software updates that simplify process monitoring. These include an expanded OPC-UA interface that makes more data available, and the ability for users to update devices via the network, so they are no longer required to physically update each device on site. Kistler's Como systems integrate seamlessly with application-specific sensors. The new ComoNeoSwitch feature and envelope curve functionality offer additional setting options for easier and more efficient process monitoring and optimization.
