KLA Industries, a leading executive search firm that has served the plastics and packaging industries since 1999, is expanding, with a new headquarters in Cincinnati.
“This is 100 percent driven by our clients, from the machinery makers to the resin compounders, processors serving every imaginable end market, and plastics recyclers. We are proud to partner with some of the most innovative companies and minds in the industry,” CEO Paul Sturgeon said.
KLA Industries has moved into Lincoln Schoolhouse, which was built in the late 1800s as a school and later converted into upscale, modern office space; it also has offices in Clearwater, Fla.
“The state of the plastics and packaging industries is very strong, but the single greatest challenge that our clients face is the labor shortage and the fight to attract the best talent for key leadership, technical and commercial positions. By doubling our square footage and adding to our team, we will be able to better support our clients during this time,” VP Zach Ernest said.
