ACS Group chooses new VP of operations

Auxiliary equipment manufacturer ACS Group welcomed Randy Schmitz as its new VP of operations.

Schmitz brings more than 25 years of manufacturing industry experience to his new job, most recently serving as director of manufacturing operations at Acuity Brands. Before that, he worked in similar roles for Rotex Global and Watlow. 

Based in New Berlin, Wis., ACS Group’s brands include AEC, Carver, Cumberland, Sterlco, Sterling and Wabash.
