HTF 400 Series Mokon’s circulating-oil temperature-control systems meet process heating requirements ranging from 125 to 400 degrees Fahrenheit and can be used to continuously regulate the temperature of molds, dies and polymers. They feature a microprocessor-based controller that shows both the process fluid setpoint and actual temperature. Standard features include an energy-efficient insulated heater manifold with steel heating elements; an automatic air purge function, a sight glass, a powder-coated carbon-steel cabinet and heavy-duty casters. Options include audible and visual alarms, an emergency stop, overhead piping kits, timers and nitrogen purging.
What’s new? The HTF 400 Series, which joins the company’s existing family of fluid heat-transfer systems.
Benefits Efficiency and a small footprint. The compact, portable systems feature a high-efficiency gear pump and are appropriate for use where space is limited.
