WebLytics OnRobot’s remote production monitoring and diagnostic software tracks the performance of multiple collaborative robots, as well as the OnRobot grippers, cameras and other tools with which they are outfitted. WebLytics is compatible with all major cobot brands and lightweight industrial robotic arms. The software identifies trends, including disturbances in productivity, and can determine whether the manufacturing process is running at optimal speed.

What’s new? The WebLytics software. The company said it is the first software to provide real-time, application-focused data across all major robot brands. A secure, browser-based user interface displays overall equipment effectiveness data and user-defined key performance indicators. The software can be deployed on a shop floor’s local network or added to a virtual network that connects to the robot cell.

Benefits Improved productivity. The software eliminates manual data collection and provides actionable insights into how well a cobot and its tools are performing. It keeps downtime to a minimum by providing live device diagnostics, alerts and preventive maintenance measures. When operators make changes to a robot cell, such as adjusting the robot’s speed or the settings on a gripper, WebLytics can automatically report on how those changes affect performance. The affordable software is available via subscription.
