MeasurLink Mitutoyo’s MeasurLink software collects measurement data from a variety of metrology instruments, including vision equipment, scopes and coordinate measuring machines. It can trace measurement data of an individual part to the mold or cavity it was produced in.

What’s new? MeasurLink Collection Scheduler, which works with MeasurLink’s Real-Time module.

Benefits On-time collection of critical measurement data. The color-coded Andon display makes it easy for operators who may be running multiple machines or jobs to keep track of when measurements are due to be taken. Schedules can be set for the day or shift, and operators can customize the screen layout for the job they are running. Supervisors can keep an eye on an entire shop floor’s schedule and receive email alerts when scheduled measurements are missed.
