ROEQ top module expands applications for MiR250 robot

Nov. 23, 2021
The TML200 top module lifter allows MiR's autonomous mobile robot to transport and lift crates, pallets, racks and ROEQ’s shelf carts.

MiR250 The MiR250 autonomous mobile robot (AMR) from Mobile Industrial Robots (MiR) can be customized with a variety of top modules suited to specific tasks. It can handle manufacturing companies’ internal logistics tasks, such as collecting and delivering raw materials, scrap or finished parts. With a small footprint of 1.9 feet by 2.6 feet, the agile robot can navigate doors and elevators while being able to transport loads as heavy as 551 pounds at speeds up to 6.6 feet per second.

What’s new? The TML200 top module lifter from ROEQ, which allows the MiR250 to transport and lift crates, pallets, racks and ROEQ’s shelf carts. The TML200 top module features a pickup cargo sensor feature that prevents it from picking up additional cargo if it is already loaded. It also comes with the ROEQ Assist software tool, which simplifies integration, enhances productivity and streamlines setup. Optional accessories for the module include the new ROEQ PR250 Pallet Rack, which enables drive-through pickup and delivery of pallets. The TML200 Forks attachment lets the top module handle pallets that don’t have a flat bottom.

Benefits Enhanced capabilities. The additional automated lifting options for the AMR improve its productivity and expand the applications it is suited for.
