3563 Analysis Vibration Sensor This piezoelectric high-frequency sensor from Fluke can be placed on critical and semi-critical machinery throughout a facility to monitor and track vibrations. Each sensor can link wirelessly to a Fluke gateway that sends the data via Wi-Fi or Ethernet to the cloud, and users can view the data through an app.

What’s new? The 3563 Analysis Vibration Sensor.

Benefits Low-cost improvement of machinery uptime. Data collected by the sensor allow users to establish a baseline for each piece of equipment, document performance trends and receive automatically generated alarms when vibration data reaches a threshold. Using this data, necessary maintenance can be performed long before catastrophic failure occurs. By viewing data on Fluke’s LIVE-Asset portal app, users can get a picture of the overall health of their facility’s assets.
