KraussMaffei Group names Bremer as new CFO

KraussMaffei has appointed Jörg Bremer as the new CFO of the KraussMaffei Group and KraussMaffei Co. Ltd., a role he will begin on July 1. He will also serve on the KraussMaffei Group Management Board.

In his new position, his responsibilities will include finance and controlling, IT, human resources and treasury duties. He arrives at KraussMaffei with previous experience as a CFO for both Sixt SE and Brose Fahrzeugteile.

This news came on the heels of an announcement that current CFO Harald Nippel has decided to leave the company, effective May 31. Nippel joined KrassMaffei Group in 2016, and in his role as CFO drove key initiatives and projects, the company said.

Based in Munich, KraussMaffei manufactures and services injection molding, extrusion and reaction process machinery.
