Dyna-Purge L This low-viscosity thermoplastic purging compound from Dyna-Purge is especially suited for use in high-cavitation injection molds and stack molds, and in continuous molding applications with automation that require a moldable purge. The product comes in pellet form, can be used in cold or hot runners and works in temperatures ranging from 320 degrees Fahrenheit to 625 degrees Fahrenheit. It is also appropriate for blow molding machines and extrusion lines making compounds, profiles, sheet and blown and cast film. Appropriate for purging all types of resins, the compound can be used during machine shutdown and startup, for quick color and resin changes, for preventive maintenance and prior to manual cleaning.
