Economical press joins family of pallet-molding machines

Lumina Pallateer The low-pressure injection molding machines in this line from Wilmington Machinery are designed to make pallets from 100 percent recycled plastic, whether in pellet or flake form. They feature two-stage injection units, bimetallic barrels and long-life feed screws. What’s new? Model PM-1C, which has 350 tons of clamping force and can mold pallets weighing up to 40 pounds and measuring 4 feet by 4.3 feet. It can melt up to 1,200 pounds of HDPE per hour to produce 30 pallets hourly. It joins several other models in the Lumina Pallateer line.
