Exair’s FullStream liquid atomizing spray nozzles can be used for cooling, washing, rinsing, dust suppression and applying mold-release agents.

FullStream Exair’s FullStream liquid atomizing spray nozzles create a cone-shaped spray pattern for pressurized liquids and can be used in industrial settings for cooling, washing, rinsing and dust suppression. They also are appropriate for spraying a mold-release agent onto injection molds. The compact nozzles work well with liquids containing particulates and can operate at pressures up to 100 pounds per square inch gauge. Available in several different flow rates, they come in two national pipe thread taper (NPT) sizes: 1/4 and 3/8. Prices start at $65.

What’s new? The nozzles, which feature a chamber that creates a vortex. The vortex is what produces the cone-shaped spray pattern when the liquid exits the orifice.

Benefits Reliability. The vaneless, wide-open design prevents clogging and promotes uniform liquid distribution. Made from stainless steel, FullStream nozzles are durable and resist corrosion; they come with a five-year warranty.
