Fluke's T6-600 and T6-1000 electrical testers with FieldSense technology provide simultaneous voltage and current measurements without requiring metallic contact with a live conductor.

T6 Fluke's T6-600 and T6-1000 electrical testers with FieldSense technology provide simultaneous voltage and current measurements without requiring metallic contact with a live conductor. Users of the hand-held device can collect readings in crowded junction boxes without removing wire nuts, with minimal threat of arc flash.

What's new? Ability to measure voltage without test leads, and a larger 17.8mm jaw opening, which allows reading wires as large as American wire gauge (AWG) 4/0. The T6-1000 (shown at right) can measure and display AC voltage and current simultaneously. In addition, compared to Fluke's earlier electrical tester, the T5, the devices now feature a backlit display.

Benefits Quicker, easier and safer troubleshooting without using metallic contact points. Voltage and current measurements can be made anywhere along the wire run.
