HyperSync Designed with a focus on manufacturing specialty closures and medical parts, Husky's new HyperSync integrates the injection molding machine, hot runner and controller. The machine features Husky's eIMC in-mold closing technology, which allows for the safe overlapping of mold functions. A wide variety of clamp sizes is available.

What's new? The system, which Husky debuted at the K show.

Benefits Faster cycle times at a lower total part cost. Compared to Husky's previous machine platform, the Hylectric, the HyperSync is more efficient, with an upgraded hydraulic system that improves response times and ensures optimum energy usage. This helps to reduce operating costs. With eIMC, the HyperSync experiences a productivity boost of up to 20 percent, with nearly 2 seconds saved per cycle depending on the application. To meet clean-room requirements, the HyperSync's mold functions can be fully electrified.
