Smartflex Evo Manufacturers can use this Hennecke machine for continuous slabstock production of PU comfort foams for the furniture and mattress industries. The Smartflex Evo can process up to eight polyols, three isocyanates and 24 additives. It uses an indirect liquid laydown process that feeds material from a permanently installed mixer to the application table via a short, flexible hose. Hennecke’s Mixguide deflection plate prevents the material from flowing back and ensures a homogeneous foaming reaction of the discharged mixture across the entire foaming width. It fills a niche between the company’s compact JFlex Evo, which is designed for small to medium production volumes, and its high-performance, high-volume Multiflex.
What’s new? The new Smartflex Evo and its new Smartjector injection units, as well as an optional computer-monitored volume flow measurement system of safety-relevant components.
Benefits An efficient, economically accessible option for large-scale production of comfort foams. The Smartflex Evo boasts a modular design suitable for manufacturing plants where height might be a concern, and it enables short delivery times. Featuring high-pressure metering of all isocyanates, it is designed to optimize raw material utilization and produce high-quality foams.
