AllRounDia DualVision conducts in-line inspections
AllRounDia DualVision The Pixargus AllRounDia DualVision (DV) is an in-line optical inspection system that measures tubes, hoses and cables and simultaneously inspects their surfaces for defects. It can be controlled with its integrated 6-inch multi-touch screen, or remotely with a tablet.
What’s new? The system and its compact size. The AllRounDia DV is small enough to fit on any production line and can be used to measure products with diameters up to 1.5 inches.
Benefits Gapless measurement. While conventional axis measurement targets six distinct points of a product and can leave blind areas, AllRounDia DV’s four cameras capture 4 million pixels in a 360-degree view, leaving no blind areas. It can detect fissures, inclusions, flecks and other defects as small as 0.1mm in size. It is Industry 4.0-compatible, and it is available as a stand-alone unit or can be mounted on a stand base.
