Maker of pelletizers, conveyors and other auxiliaries plans to collaborate with Colorado Legacy Group on long-fiber technology applications.

Bay Plastics Machinery (BPM) announced it has joined forces with Colorado Legacy Group LLC to support long-fiber technology (LFT) applications for its customers.

Colorado Legacy Group is led by Creig Bowland, who is a well-known industry consultant and specialist in LFT. “We have decided the time is right to expand our capabilities in LFT,” said Jim Forgash, VP of sales and marketing for BPM, “and when it comes to knowledge and experience with this technology, there’s no one better than Creig.”

Forgash said that BPM and Bowland have worked together in the past, and decided to join forces to support current and potential customers that are looking to improve their LFT process.

With headquarters in Bay City, Mich., BPM manufactures a complete line of strand pelletizers, conveyors, water baths, air knives/strand dewatering units and spare parts.
